Hello Families! "Zero waste, no paper, no electricity" week was a HUGE success. Your children came up with so many additional ideas for conserving energy at home. Please ask them to share their ideas with you, as we are eager to hear how well our work at school is translating to home! All aboard the Titanic! All passengers are officially "on board." Our unit will culminate on "Titanic Day," April 10. We chose this day, as it was the day the Titanic left port. We will dress in character, perform short skits, manage stations where guests will learn about life on board for crew, staff, and 1st/2nd/3rd class passengers etc. Parents will be invited (time frame tbd!). We will honor the courageous and brave survivors and victims of the Titanic on the 102 anniversary of the sinking on April 14. It is fascinating to notice how different all of our brains are, and how we perceive everything in a way that is unique to us!
